The dried tomato pate is handcrafted and is a 100% Made in Italy Sicilian product. Starting from the month of July, every year there is a spectacle tinged with red by the tomatoes exposed to the scorching sun so that we can proceed with the traditional drying. The dried tomatoes, flavored with basil and spices are finely chopped and preserved in oil.
Excellent on croutons or to flavor your dishes in a simple and genuine way, bringing the best of Sicily to your tables.
Jar of 90 gr - 180 gr
Ingredients: 60% dried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, 10% olives, 10% capers, wine vinegar, basil, chilli pepper, salt. Store the product in a cool and dry place, once opened keep it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 2 weeks by adding extra virgin olive oil.
