Dark soils with a good content of organic matter.
Fermentation is conducted for 12 -15 days at 26° C with daily pump-overs. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months to preserve fruit freshness.
Deep ruby red colour. The nose provides hints of nutmeg, cloves and ripe red fruits. On the palate is well balanced with a full-bodied and good correspondence with the flavor and scent.
